Without a Medicare Supplement Plan, you would end up paying the Part A & Part B deductible + 20% your responsible to cover for durable medical equipment that falls under Part B.
CPAP machines can costs thousands of dollars, they also need regular maintenance parts to be refilled. If you had Medicare Supplement Plan D, the only out of pocket cost you would be responsible for is your Part B deductible.
Now, if you had a more serious illness or diagnosis… your out of pocket costs could be astronomical.
